Summit

Summit's story is heart-wrenching-suffice it to say that after 17 days in Intensive Care, 2 scoping procedures, and 2 surgeries, Summit pulled through a very tough ordeal involving congenital problems with his intestines and esophagus. He almost died twice in his first short 16 weeks of life, but today Summit is eating and growing and providing his family with infinite happiness!!! The entire veterinary hospital team, Summit's dedicated family, and Summit himself made it possible.

Summit's family had 3 children who wrote an entire book to the doctors who helped him, and the family even had a BBQ to raise money for Summit's care. The family needed some financial help to provide the very best in veterinary medicine, to save Summit's life. He truly did have to climb to the "summit" in order to reach the other side, we hope he will live a long and happy life after those first few trying weeks!
