Jake - Liver Shunt

We're giving a helping hand to Jake, a sweet German Shepherd in need of a serious surgery. Jake has a liver shunt requiring a tricky vascular proceedure.

The owner is coming up with the lion's share of the veterinary expenses and is doing some individual fundraising too. Colorado's Helping Hands Foundation will provide some assistance giving this young pup a shot at a full life.
